McKernan Crossing
Although this project ran into investment issues and ended with a large hole in the ground, it was a unique collaboration with emphasis on envelope design and integration of geothermal and solar energy production. The design included 3 levels of parkade, 6 above ground floors with 151 units, a fitness area, retail on the main floor, an inner courtyard open to the public providing visual entertainment via large outdoor screen and projection.
