Built in 1978, Glen Allan Recreation Complex aka GARC has blended into the existing community and was in need for modernization and expansion. Design commenced in 2013 to provide additional wellness space, open up confined spaces adding natural lighting, blend new to existing, additional program rooms, modernization to the existing curling rink and lounge area.
