Concept Engineering served as the mechanical and electrical consultants for an 18 unit, 3-story residential condominium with a below grade parkade.

The building mechanical, controls, lighting and electrical systems were selected and optimized for simplified and minimized long term operational and utility costs while minimizing construction costs in a competitive market.  With high efficient lighting, water heating and ground source geothermal heating and cooling, owners and occupants will enjoy the benefits of minimized utility bills for years to come.
