Silver Birch Court is a affordable rental housing project located in Sherwood Park, Alberta. The Pioneer Housing Foundation along with Strathcona County and the Province of Alberta funded the $7 million project to provide affordable rental housing and address Sherwood Park's affordable housing needs.

The development meets Strathcona County's sustainability requirements and Light Efficient Community (LEC) policy by utilizing fluorescent and LED lighting technologies combined with integrated control systems.
